Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the rules governing use of the Escorts.Help platform (the “Platform”) operated by Mehind Limited, Company No. 15387686, One Park Drive, London, E14 9GG, United Kingdom. All users must adhere to this Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable UK laws.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Platform is intended as a lawful adult advertising service that allows users to publish self-managed listings for personal promotional purposes only. All activity must respect the law, platform rules, and the safety of others. This Policy applies to all content uploaded, transmitted, published, or interacted with via our Platform or its affiliated network.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or Abuse: Do not bully, harass, stalk, or defame any person or group. This includes spamming, repeated unwanted messages, impersonation, and malicious reporting.
  • Fraudulent Behavior: Use of stolen identity, misrepresentation of age, false imagery (e.g., catfishing), or payment manipulation constitutes fraud and will be reported to law enforcement.
  • Impersonation: You may not impersonate any other person, business, brand, or entity, or falsely claim affiliation.
  • Malware and Hacking: You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or distribute malware, phishing links, or DDoS tools in violation of the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Unsolicited Advertising: Do not use the Platform to promote external services, competitor platforms, affiliate schemes, or unrelated commercial offers without written permission.
  • Misuse of Platform: Includes excessive automated access, scraping, flooding, reverse engineering, or API abuse.

3. Content Standards

All content submitted must comply with the Obscene Publications Act 1959 and must not:

  • Depict illegal acts or simulated underage activity
  • Include images without the explicit and verifiable consent of everyone shown
  • Include blood, feces, vomit, bestiality, or weapons
  • Misrepresent a person’s age, gender, ethnicity, or physical appearance
  • Include third-party branding or advertising links

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Content removal or rejection during moderation
  • Account suspension or permanent banning
  • Loss of access to paid services without refund
  • Disclosure to UK or international authorities including HMRC, NCA, ICO, or police via MLAT where applicable

  • Specific URL(s) of the offending content or user
