Mehind Limited, the owner and operator of Escorts.Help and affiliated platforms, has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, and modern slavery. This policy outlines our commitment to preventing, identifying, reporting, and eradicating any such conduct associated with our digital platform or user activity.
1. Legal Basis
This policy is governed by and aligns with the following UK and international frameworks:
- Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK)
- Sexual Offences Act 2003
- UN Palermo Protocol (2000)
- European Convention on Human Rights
- Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA – US, for international cooperation)
2. Platform Purpose and Boundaries
Escorts.Help is a lawful self-service advertising platform for consenting adults. We are not an agency, escort broker, or matchmaking service. We do not schedule appointments, take bookings, or facilitate direct introductions. Our services are limited to digital publication and promotional exposure for verified individuals over the age of 18.
3. Prohibited Conduct
We strictly prohibit use of our Platform for any activity involving:
- Recruitment, coercion, transportation, harbouring, or receipt of individuals for sexual or commercial exploitation
- Forcing or tricking individuals into providing adult services against their will
- Advertising on behalf of another person without verified, informed, and documented consent
- Listing persons under coercive control, debt bondage, intimidation, or surveillance
- Use of third-party traffickers, handlers, or enforcers to manage online profiles or communications
4. Identity Verification & Monitoring
We implement proactive measures to detect and deter trafficking activities:
- Mandatory photo ID and live selfie verification for advertisers
- Ongoing risk-based checks on IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and geolocation
- Manual moderation to flag repetitive or suspicious wording, signs of coercion, or bulk-controlled content
- Automated tools to detect duplicate faces, forced nudity, or hidden handlers
5. Staff Training
All employees and contractors involved in content moderation or user support receive training in:
- Recognising signs of trafficking and forced behaviour
- How to respond appropriately and escalate suspected cases
- Legal obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015
6. Reporting & Escalation
Any user, visitor, or staff member may report suspected trafficking or exploitation by emailing [email protected]. Reports may be anonymous and should include:
- The suspected profile or content link
- A description of the concern (e.g., scripted text, signs of coercion)
- Any supporting screenshots or proof (if available)
We will respond within 24 hours and, where applicable, notify appropriate authorities including the National Crime Agency (NCA), Modern Slavery Helpline, Europol, or international partners via MLAT.
7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with UK and international authorities investigating modern slavery and human trafficking. This may include:
- Supplying verified ID, IP logs, and platform activity records under lawful disclosure requests
- Preserving user data as required by Section 52 of the Modern Slavery Act
- Removing or preserving content in line with law enforcement orders or warrants
8. Continuous Improvement
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever a serious incident or legal development occurs. We are committed to working with anti-trafficking NGOs, data analysts, and forensic investigators to continuously improve protections and prevention.
9. Statement of Accountability
Mehind Limited maintains full accountability under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our directors confirm that this policy is actively implemented and enforced throughout our digital infrastructure and business operations.
