Child Protection Policy

Mehind Limited is committed to the absolute protection of children and young people. This Child Protection Policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to any content, conduct, or advertising involving minors or individuals who may be at risk of exploitation or harm on the Escorts.Help platform and its affiliated network.

1. Legal Framework

This Policy is developed in compliance with the following UK laws and directives:

  • Protection of Children Act 1978
  • Sexual Offences Act 2003
  • Children Act 1989 and 2004
  • Online Safety Act (pending regulation)
  • UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018

2. Age Restriction Policy

The Platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. Strict measures are in place to prevent any minor from accessing, advertising on, or being depicted within the Platform.

  • All users must certify they are 18+ during account registration.
  • Photo ID and selfie verification may be required for account activation.
  • Accounts suspected of misrepresenting age are subject to immediate suspension and investigation.

3. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly forbidden on the Platform:

  • Images or videos of any individual under the age of 18 (real or implied)
  • Any material suggesting, simulating, or fetishising youth, underage activity, school uniforms, or incestuous themes
  • Inclusion of childhood photos, toys, or accessories in adult profiles
  • References to “young,” “barely legal,” or similar euphemisms intended to imply underage persons

Violations will be reported immediately to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), National Crime Agency (NCA), and other relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Moderation and Reporting

We proactively moderate all content using a combination of automated scanning and manual review. Additionally:

  • Suspicious content is flagged and reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Users may report suspected underage content via [email protected].
  • All reports are handled in accordance with safeguarding best practices and mandatory reporting obligations.

5. Staff Training

All moderators and compliance staff receive regular training in:

  • Identifying child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Handling disclosures or suspicions of abuse
  • Referring cases to law enforcement or safeguarding partners
  • Maintaining records of investigations securely and lawfully

6. Data Handling and Privacy

Any personal data relating to suspected underage users or victims is handled:

  • With strict confidentiality and encryption
  • In line with the UK GDPR and safeguarding exemptions in the Data Protection Act 2018
  • For the minimum necessary duration, solely for safeguarding or law enforcement purposes

7. Enforcement

Mehind Limited has a zero-tolerance stance. Users found to violate this policy may face:

  • Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
  • Removal of all associated content and media
  • Disclosure to UK or international law enforcement, including via Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs)
  • Cooperation with the National Crime Agency (NCA), IWF, and CEOP

9. Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed at least annually or upon significant legal or operational changes. Latest review date: July 2025.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Breaches may lead to prosecution under UK law and referral to international agencies.
