- Deliberate misgendering, deadnaming, or other forms of gender-based disrespect
4. Advertiser Guidelines
While advertisers may lawfully express preferences regarding the services they offer, such preferences must never be phrased in a discriminatory or exclusionary manner. Acceptable phrasing focuses on the advertiser’s services, not the identity of others.
❌ Not Allowed: “No Asians,” “No trans,” “Whites only,” “No disabled”
✅ Allowed: “I offer massage to men and women,” “I specialise in LGBTQ+ friendly sessions”
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Content removal or editing by moderators
- Warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans
- Reporting to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) or UK law enforcement in severe cases
- Loss of advertising privileges or visibility boosts without refund
6. Reporting Discrimination
If you witness or experience discriminatory behaviour or content, please report it to our moderation team. You may include:
- The profile URL or user ID
- Description of the offensive content or action
- Screenshot or evidence (for our records)

8. Legal Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Serious violations may be reported to the EHRC or the Metropolitan Police Service depending on severity and intent.
