Terms of Service

Back to Legal Information

1. Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between the following parties:

  • Mehind Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 15387686 and its registered office at One Park Drive, Park Drive, London, E14 9GG, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Mehind Limited”).
  • You, the individual or legal entity accessing, registering for, or using the Platform in any capacity, whether as a visitor, user, advertiser, or publisher (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User”).

Mehind Limited is the sole owner and operator of the Platform located at https://escorts.help and all affiliated domains, subdomains, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Service”). The Platform provides a digital classified advertising infrastructure for use by adult individuals or representatives to create, manage, and publish lawful advertisements, subject strictly to the conditions of this Agreement.

By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you affirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any supplementary policies, rules, or disclosures referenced or made available on the Platform.
  • You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. Continued access or usage constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of the Agreement, including any modifications that may be posted from time to time.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. It is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, and Mehind Limited reserves all rights, remedies, and powers therein.

2. Platform Scope and Limitations

2.1 Platform Nature

The Platform, accessible via https://escorts.help and its associated domains, subdomains, and digital distribution points (collectively the “Network”), is owned and operated by Mehind Limited. The Platform functions strictly as a self-service, online classified advertising environment where independent adult individuals (“Advertisers”) may promote themselves and their companionship services to the public.

The Platform is provided solely as a publishing and promotional tool. It enables consenting adults, subject to verification and compliance, to create, edit, and maintain personal advertising listings. These listings are distributed across websites owned or managed by Mehind Limited, which may include niche, regional, or thematic portals. Syndication may also include limited excerpts or content previews appearing on external promotional tools or partner feeds operated under lawful license agreements.

This service is made available exclusively to users who are at least 18 years of age and are accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such content is legally permitted. Mehind Limited makes no guarantees regarding the availability, exposure, or profitability of any advertisement and expressly disclaims all responsibility for outcomes resulting from use of the Platform.

2.2 Not an Escort Agency or Broker

Mehind Limited is not, and does not act as, an escort agency, talent agency, placement service, employer, or booking intermediary. We are not party to, and do not facilitate or monitor, any introductions, meetings, arrangements, payments, or communications between Advertisers and Users.

Specifically, Mehind Limited:

  • Does not solicit, arrange, encourage, endorse, or promote sexual activity or services;
  • Does not participate in or profit from any transaction, exchange, or meeting between Users and Advertisers;
  • Does not collect commissions, tips, earnings, or service fees related to bookings or real-world interactions;
  • Does not verify or guarantee the truthfulness, availability, legality, or safety of services described in any listing.

All representations made in listings are the sole responsibility of the Advertiser. Any interaction—whether online or offline—between Advertisers and Users is strictly private and outside the knowledge, control, or liability of Mehind Limited.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

Use of the Platform to promote or facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to prostitution, human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation, is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities.

Mehind Limited operates under and enforces compliance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003, in particular:

  • Section 52 – Causing or inciting prostitution for gain;
  • Section 53 – Controlling prostitution for gain;
  • Section 53A – Paying for the sexual services of a prostitute subjected to force, threats, coercion, or deception.

Any suspicion of illegal activity will be investigated and may be referred to law enforcement, including but not limited to the National Crime Agency (NCA), HMRC, and relevant international authorities through Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs).

3. Legal Compliance

By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom, as well as the laws of any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform must remain lawful at all times and that you bear full legal responsibility for your actions, content, and conduct.

In particular, you agree to adhere to and respect the legal framework established by, but not limited to, the following United Kingdom legislation:

  • Sexual Offences Act 2003 – Prohibits exploitation, trafficking, incitement to prostitution, and the commercialisation of coerced sexual acts.
  • Obscene Publications Act 1959 – Governs the publication, distribution, or transmission of material deemed obscene or morally harmful to the public.
  • Protection of Children Act 1978 – Criminalises the creation, possession, or dissemination of indecent images of minors under the age of 18, including simulated or suggestive representations.
  • Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Criminalises all forms of human trafficking, coercion, forced labour, and exploitation for gain.
  • Fraud Act 2006 – Covers fraudulent misrepresentation, false advertising, identity fraud, and use of deceptive data or financial claims.
  • Digital Economy Act 2017 – Requires age verification systems and responsible digital distribution of adult content in the UK.
  • UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) & Data Protection Act 2018 – Regulates lawful processing, storage, and transfer of personal data, particularly involving biometric or identity documentation.
  • Communications Act 2003 – Prohibits transmitting offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing messages through electronic communications.
  • Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) – Addresses money laundering, use of illegal earnings, and suspicious financial activity through online platforms.

In addition to the above, you must not use the Platform to:

  • Promote, solicit, or facilitate prostitution or illegal sexual services;
  • Engage in or depict non-consensual acts, violence, or exploitation of any kind;
  • Attempt to disguise the age, identity, or appearance of persons portrayed in listings or media;
  • Participate in money laundering, fraudulent activity, tax evasion, or identity theft;
  • Transmit or host malware, phishing attempts, or misleading advertisements;
  • Access or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where such services are unlawful.

Mehind Limited reserves the absolute right to investigate any use of the Platform suspected to be in breach of applicable law. We may take action including, but not limited to:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account;
  • Removal of any unlawful, harmful, or non-compliant content;
  • Disclosure of user data, activity logs, and communications to relevant authorities.

Where necessary, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies including, but not limited to:

  • HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) – For matters relating to taxation, undeclared income, or financial irregularities;
  • National Crime Agency (NCA) – For issues involving trafficking, organised crime, or serious harm;
  • Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – For breaches of data protection or misuse of personal data;
  • International Law Enforcement – Where necessary under Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs) or via Interpol and other cross-border regulatory agreements.

Any unlawful behaviour identified through your use of the Platform may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under UK or international law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mehind Limited from any liability arising from your misuse or unlawful actions.

4. Age and Identity Requirements

In strict compliance with UK legislation including the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and the Indecent Displays (Control) Act 1981, access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

By using the Platform, you confirm, represent, and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access adult content under your local laws;
  • You are not accessing the Platform from a location where such material is prohibited or restricted by law;
  • You will not, under any circumstances, allow minors or any unauthorised third parties to access your account or device in a way that exposes them to adult content hosted on the Platform.

Mehind Limited operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of underage representation, simulated or real, in any listing, image, video, or user interaction. Violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension, permanent account deletion, and notification to appropriate authorities including the National Crime Agency (NCA) and Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP).

To ensure legal compliance and protect users, we reserve the right to verify the identity and age of any individual registering, advertising, or transacting on the Platform. Verification may be mandatory for advertisers and may be requested from users or affiliates in cases of suspected abuse or policy violation.

Verification procedures may include, but are not limited to:

  • A clear photo or scanned copy of a government-issued identification document (e.g., valid passport, national ID, or driver’s licence);
  • Proof of residence such as a recent utility bill, tenancy agreement, or official correspondence showing your name and address;
  • A live facial verification (“selfie”) matching the ID document using biometric comparison to confirm likeness and authenticity;
  • Additional documents or re-verification upon suspicion of fraud, impersonation, or tampering;
  • Cross-checks against known offender databases and underage prevention registries, where legally permissible.

All personal data submitted for verification is processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Mehind Limited implements technical and organisational safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse of personal information collected for age verification purposes.

Failure to provide requested documentation, or submission of false, altered, or unverifiable material, will result in denial of access or permanent suspension of your account, without refund or appeal. In serious cases, this may also lead to a criminal investigation and referral to law enforcement agencies.

5. Account and Access Rules

Access to the Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. To maintain the security, integrity, and legality of our services, users must comply with the following account and access requirements. Failure to do so may result in suspension, permanent ban, or legal referral.

  • One Account Per Person: You may only register and maintain one active account at a time. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing by Mehind Limited. Duplicate accounts may be flagged as fraudulent or deceptive under the Fraud Act 2006.
  • Account Ownership and Responsibility: The individual whose name appears on the registration or verification documentation shall be deemed the legal owner of the account. You are solely and fully responsible for all actions, content, communications, and transactions initiated through your account—whether by you or any third party using your login credentials, with or without your consent.
  • Login Security Obligations: You must keep your username, password, and all authentication credentials secure and confidential. Sharing access, using weak passwords, or failing to log out of shared devices increases the risk of compromise and is considered a breach of these Terms.
  • Prohibited Access Methods: You may not use automated tools, bots, VPNs to mask illegal jurisdiction access, scripts, or impersonation techniques to access the Platform or bypass security or location restrictions. Doing so may trigger fraud detection and IP-level blacklisting.
  • Account Misuse and Misrepresentation: Using your account to impersonate another person, misrepresent age, gender, nationality, or any personal characteristic; or to publish misleading, abusive, or exploitative content is strictly forbidden and may be referred to the authorities.
  • Shared and Third-Party Management: If you choose to allow a third-party manager (e.g., agency, assistant, web developer) to operate your account on your behalf, you remain fully liable for all actions taken under your profile. Mehind Limited bears no responsibility for consequences arising from delegated or unauthorised access.
  • Unauthorized Use Disclaimer: Mehind Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, harm, or legal consequence resulting from unauthorised use of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, stolen credentials, phishing attacks, data leaks, or abuse by associates with access.

You agree to immediately notify Mehind Limited of any suspected breach, misuse, or unauthorised access by emailing our support or compliance team. We may require re-verification or take action to secure your account as deemed necessary.

Repeated or severe violations of these account rules may result in permanent suspension and a reporting referral under relevant UK legislation, including the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and Fraud Act 2006.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities and Content Standards

All individuals or entities who create or manage listings on the Platform (collectively referred to as “Advertisers”) must ensure that all submitted content, communications, images, videos, descriptions, and metadata strictly adhere to both Mehind Limited's internal policies and the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, including but not limited to the Obscene Publications Act 1959, the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

By publishing any profile, listing, or advertisement on the Platform, you accept full legal and ethical responsibility for the material presented. You further represent and warrant that you have the legal right, license, consent, and authority to distribute, publish, or display such content.

  • Accuracy and Truthfulness: All content must be factually correct, non-deceptive, and must not exaggerate or misrepresent physical attributes, age, ethnicity, services offered, location, or availability. False claims may constitute fraudulent advertising under the Fraud Act 2006.
  • Legality of Content: You may not upload or promote content that:
    • Depicts or suggests activity that is illegal under UK law (including non-consensual acts or the involvement of minors);
    • Violates community obscenity standards under the Obscene Publications Act 1959 or poses risk of harm or moral outrage;
    • Includes hate speech, incites violence, or promotes criminal organisations;
    • Breaches the rights of others including copyright, trademarks, or privacy protections;
    • Incorporates explicit or suggestive materials involving animals (bestiality), weapons, drugs, feces, or urine.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property: You must own or have secured the necessary licenses for all images, videos, audio, text, and brand elements you submit. This includes permission from any third party appearing in media, including photographers, videographers, and agencies. Mehind Limited is not responsible for copyright infringement committed by users and will respond to takedown requests in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  • Prohibited References to Illegal Services: Listings must not reference or suggest illegal sexual services including but not limited to:
    • Explicit references to intercourse, anal, oral, “full service”, “GFE”, or “PSE”;
    • Coded or abbreviated language intended to circumvent moderation (e.g., “£ for company”, “donations welcome”);
    • Any form of pricing, rates, or negotiation related to sexual activities.
    Such references may constitute incitement under Section 52 and 53 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and are strictly forbidden.
  • No Implication or Promotion of Prostitution: You may not use the Platform to offer, arrange, facilitate, or imply prostitution, brothel activity, or escorting in exchange for money or gifts. Listings that imply transactional sex, including use of language such as “no rush service”, “overnights”, or “in calls only” may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
  • Manipulated or Fake Media: You may not submit digitally altered photos, stolen content, AI-generated faces, or deepfakes. Doing so may result in immediate suspension and possible criminal referral under identity fraud laws.
  • Exclusion of Third-Party Links: Advertisers may not include links, QR codes, or handles directing users to third-party adult sites, personal websites, OnlyFans, cam sites, or competing advertising platforms.
  • Moderation Rights: Mehind Limited reserves the unconditional right to review, reject, edit, blur, crop, or remove any listing or media submission that is deemed unlawful, unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms. Rejected content will not be eligible for refund or repost.

Advertisers found to be in breach of these content standards may have their accounts permanently removed without refund and, where appropriate, may be reported to regulatory and law enforcement bodies including the National Crime Agency (NCA), the Metropolitan Police, and UK Trading Standards.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary technology, source code, scripts, algorithms, platform structure, user interface elements, graphics, icons, trade dress, branding materials, domain names, and the overall design of the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Mehind Limited. These assets are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994, and other applicable UK and international intellectual property laws.

Except where explicitly permitted in writing, no portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, mirrored, republished, reverse-engineered, or transmitted in any form, by any means, whether manual or automated. Any attempt to extract source code, data structures, or proprietary methods, including through scraping, crawling, or data mining tools, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may lead to legal action and civil or criminal penalties.

The name “Escorts.Help”, the Escorts.Help logo, and other trade names or service marks used on the Platform are registered and/or common law trademarks of Mehind Limited. Unauthorised use or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited and enforceable under the Trade Marks Act 1994.

7.1 User and Advertiser Content Ownership

As an Advertiser, you retain full ownership of all original content you submit to the Platform, including images, videos, biographies, descriptions, and metadata (collectively, “User Content”), provided that you have lawful rights to such material. You affirm that:

  • You are the creator and/or legal rights-holder of the content;
  • You have obtained consent from all individuals depicted, including signed model releases where applicable;
  • Your content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

7.2 Licence Granted to Mehind Limited

By uploading, submitting, or publishing any content to the Platform, you hereby grant Mehind Limited a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to:

  • Host, store, index, cache, and publicly display your content;
  • Distribute and syndicate content across our platform network, including regional and promotional subdomains;
  • Edit, resize, crop, watermark, compress, reformat, or otherwise technically modify the content for compatibility with our services;
  • Use content (in whole or part) in promotional materials, newsletters, search indexes, advertising, and internal analytics;
  • Retain archived versions for audit, record-keeping, legal, and moderation purposes even after deactivation of a profile.

This licence is granted without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and will survive the termination or deletion of your account.

7.3 Content Monitoring and DMCA-style Enforcement

Mehind Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and operates a takedown policy in accordance with UK copyright law and international equivalents. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact our legal team with a valid notice that includes:

  • Full legal name and contact information of the rights holder or authorised agent;
  • A description of the copyrighted material in question;
  • The exact URL(s) where the infringing content appears on our Platform;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is unauthorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury affirming the accuracy of the notice;
  • An electronic or physical signature.

We will investigate all valid notices and, where necessary, remove the material or disable access in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

The Platform operates on a prepaid basis for all premium features and advertising services. Advertisers may purchase promotional tools, upgraded placement, content visibility enhancements, or subscription packages (“Paid Services”) as made available by Mehind Limited from time to time. All payments are subject to the terms outlined below and are governed by relevant UK financial legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Payment Services Regulations 2017, and applicable guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

8.1 Prepayment and Billing Terms

  • All Paid Services must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.
  • Prices are clearly displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and may vary by service tier, geographic targeting, or duration.
  • Mehind Limited reserves the right to change pricing, bundles, or service availability at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotional rates do not guarantee future pricing.
  • Purchases are confirmed at the time of successful transaction. You will receive an on-screen receipt or digital invoice as confirmation.

8.2 Payment Processing and Security

  • All financial transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways that are PCI-DSS compliant and authorised under UK or EU payment laws.
  • We accept a range of payment methods including credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, mobile wallets, and other regional gateways (availability may vary).
  • Mehind Limited does not collect or store full credit card data. All cardholder information is securely handled by the payment processor.
  • You agree to be bound by the terms and policies of any third-party payment provider you use on the Platform.

8.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for early termination of ads, rejection due to policy violations, failure to generate traffic, or user dissatisfaction.
  • We are not responsible for user error, including but not limited to, purchasing the wrong service, submitting incorrect content, or failing to renew a listing.
  • Services begin immediately upon confirmation of payment and are therefore exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8.4 Chargebacks and Fraud

  • Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
  • In the event of a chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended, and your name, email, IP address, and transaction data may be shared with an industry blacklist, fraud prevention network, or collection agency.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal recovery of chargeback-related losses and associated administrative costs.
  • Fraudulent payment activity may be reported to your card issuer, payment processor, and UK fraud authorities, including Action Fraud and the National Crime Agency (NCA).

8.5 Disputed Payments and Errors

  • If you believe a transaction was processed in error, you must notify our billing team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We will investigate and, if a processing error is identified on our end, may issue a service credit or partial refund at our sole discretion.
  • Mehind Limited is not liable for fees, overdraft charges, or interest resulting from failed or duplicate payments caused by your bank or card issuer.

By purchasing any Paid Service on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the full terms of this Section and waive any entitlement to a refund outside of the specific scenarios outlined above. Continued use of the Platform constitutes agreement with our evolving billing practices and fee structures.

9. Platform Availability and Maintenance

The Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Mehind Limited endeavours to ensure that the Platform remains functional and accessible at all times, we offer no guarantee or warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, uptime, speed, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform or any of its features.

From time to time, the Platform may become partially or entirely unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or due to actions taken in compliance with legal obligations, including:

  • Scheduled maintenance for upgrades, improvements, database migrations, bug fixes, or system security enhancements;
  • Unplanned outages due to hardware failure, software malfunction, internet service provider (ISP) issues, DNS propagation errors, or third-party service disruption (e.g., payment gateways, cloud providers);
  • Cybersecurity threats including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute force attempts, or malicious intrusion requiring mitigation efforts or service suspension;
  • Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flooding, pandemics, war, civil unrest, power failures, or acts of God;
  • Legal intervention including but not limited to court orders, regulatory takedown requests, or government-mandated suspensions in compliance with the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 or other UK/EU legal instruments;
  • Platform abuse or content violation spikes that trigger system-wide safety or moderation shutdowns, account purges, or suspension of publishing activity.

Mehind Limited shall not be held liable for any losses—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may result from service interruptions, including but not limited to lost traffic, missed bookings, reduced revenue, reputational harm, or business disruption. This disclaimer applies regardless of whether the outage is partial or total, temporary or permanent.

We reserve the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend or throttle access to specific services, endpoints, or media features in order to preserve platform stability or investigate misuse;
  • Block certain geographic regions, IP ranges, or devices that trigger automated security defences or violate regional content regulations;
  • Terminate the Platform or any portion of it at any time, with or without notice, in the event of insolvency, sale, legal non-viability, or other critical business developments.

While we aim to notify users in advance of planned outages, we do not guarantee real-time notification in every circumstance. Users are advised to maintain backups of all submitted content and to monitor their listings independently.

If you encounter service issues or require clarification on availability, you may contact our technical support team via [email protected]. However, technical assistance during outages is limited, and we are not obligated to provide service credits, refunds, or compensation due to downtime.

10. International Use

The Platform is operated by Mehind Limited, a company registered in the Un i ted Kingdom and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Although our services may be accessible globally, including through mobile networks, search engines, or syndication across our partner network, all users—regardless of country of residence or physical location—are contractually bound by the laws of the United Kingdom and the terms set out in this Agreement.

By accessing the Platform from outside the United Kingdom, you expressly agree:

  • To be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for all legal matters relating to the Platform or your use of it;
  • That your access and use do not violate the laws of your local jurisdiction;
  • That you are solely responsible for determining the legality, appropriateness, and safet y of accessing and using the Platform in your country or region;
  • That you will not use any tools to bypass regional restrictions, such as VPNs, proxies, or anonymising technology, to access the Platform in prohibited territories.

You acknowledge that content hosted on the Platform may be considered sensitive, controversial, adult in nature, or entirely illegal in some jurisdictions. It is your duty to ensure that you are permitted to view such material under your country’s laws, including but not limited to local obscenity statutes, morality codes, religious regulations, or telecommunications restrictions.

Access from countries or regions where adult content is prohibited—including but not limited to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Indonesia, China, Iran, and certain U.S. states—constitutes a violation of these Terms. Mehind Limited accepts no liability for any criminal, civil, or administrative penalties incurred by users who unlawfully access the Platfor m from restricted jurisdictions.

10.1 Cross-Border Enforcement

Where necessary, Mehind Limited will cooperate with international authorities through mechanisms such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs), Interpol Red Notices, and formal law enforcement requests. If you use the Platform to engage in or facilitate illegal activity—such as human trafficking, child exploitation, fraud, or money laundering—your per s onal data may be disclosed to your country’s law enforcement agency upon lawful request.

We reserve the right to:

  • Geo-block or restrict access to the Platform in entire countries, regions, or IP ranges deemed high-risk;
  • Refuse service to users from countries under UK trade sanctions or international embargoes;
  • Report abuse or unlawful activity across borders in full compliance with UK obligations under the Extradition Act 2003 and other international treaties.

If you are unsure whether access to adult advertising services is legal in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before using this Platform. Ignorance of local law does not excuse non-compliance.

Your continued access or use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing representation that your usage is lawful and fully authorised in your place of access.

11. Legal Process and Law Enforcement

Mehind Limited is fully committed to operating within the legal framework of the United Kingdom and complying with statutory obligations to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. We take all requests from government bodies, courts, tax authorities, and public interest groups seriously, and will act upon them in accordance with applicable legislation, due process, and civil liberties protections.

Mehind Limited will comply with legally valid and appropriately scoped disclosure requests, including but not limited to:

  • Search warrants, subpoenas, and production orders issued by a UK court or judge;

  • International cooperation requests submitted via Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs), Interpol Red Notices, or equivalent treaty-based law enforcement frameworks.

Depending on the nature and scope of the request, we may disclose one or more of the following categories of data, provided the request is lawful, proportionate, and necessary:

  • Full account registration details, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses (if provided);

We will not voluntarily disclose personal data unless compelled by law, a binding court order, or in cases involving serious harm or urgent public interest (e.g., imminent threats to life, child exploitation, or terrorism). Any such disclosures will be handled by Mehind Limited’s designated legal or compliance officer, and a record of the disclosure will be maintained in accordance with UK data protection regulations.

Mehind Limited reserves the right to:

  • Preserve and retain data for investigatory purposes, subject to applicable retention policies;
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts subject to criminal investigation or evidentiary seizures;
  • Challenge or resist overbroad, extrajurisdictional, or procedurally invalid disclosure demands;
  • Cooperate with foreign authorities only where UK treaty obligations, legal reciprocity, and adequate safeguards are in place.

Mehind Limited is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and rights-respecting environment across all of its platforms. If you believe content on the Platform violates your rights, is unlawful, breaches intellectual property protections, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may file a formal complaint or takedown request. We comply with takedown standards consistent with Section 97 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and with equivalent frameworks to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for non-UK jurisdictions.

To ensure your complaint is reviewed promptly, your notice must include the following mandatory elements:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number;
  • Identification of the material in question, including specific URLs on the Platform and a clear description of the alleged violation (e.g., copyright infringement, impersonation, defamation, child protection concern, unlawful content);
  • A statement of ownership (if asserting intellectual property rights) or explanation of standing (e.g., you are the person depicted or the guardian of a minor);
  • A clear statement of truth made under penalty of perjury that:
    • The information provided in the notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
    • You have a good faith belief that the disputed content is being used unlawfully or without authorisation;

Email: [email protected]

Upon receipt of a valid and complete complaint, we will initiate a review process. We aim to respond within 72 hours and may, at our sole discretion:

  • Temporarily or permanently remove the reported content;
  • Request additional verification or counter-notice from the uploader or advertiser;
  • Preserve content and metadata for legal or evidentiary purposes;
  • Escalate the matter to law enforcement, particularly in cases involving child safety, fraud, or exploitation.

12.1 False or Malicious Reporting

Submitting false, malicious, or defamatory complaints is a serious offence. Knowingly providing false information in a takedown request may subject you to legal consequences under UK law, including claims for damages, harassment, or malicious communications under the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and the Defamation Act 2013.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject incomplete or unverifiable takedown requests;
  • Report repeated false claimants to ISPs, hosting providers, or law enforcement;

We respect both free expression and lawful enforcement of rights. This section is intended to ensure a fair and transparent reporting process while safeguarding against misuse.

13. Termination

Mehind Limited reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, access, or privileges on the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine—at our sole discretion—that you have breached these Terms, violated UK law, acted in bad faith, or otherwise posed a threat to the safety, legality, or integrity of the Platform.

13.1 Grounds for Termination

Common grounds for immediate account termination include (but are not limited to):

  • Violation of UK criminal or civil law, including but not limited to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Fraud Act 2006, or Modern Slavery Act 2015;
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account or identification details;
  • Uploading or promoting illegal content (e.g. CSAM, revenge porn, incitement, obscenity);
  • Attempting to bypass platform restrictions or use of banned language, terms, or innuendo indicating illegal sexual services;
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or extortionate conduct towards staff, users, or investigators;
  • Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes with malicious intent;
  • Repeated violations of content policies, refusal to comply with takedown requests, or evasion of moderation actions;
  • Automated, bot, or scraping activity that degrades or compromises the Platform;
  • Use of multiple or duplicate accounts in circumvention of bans, blocks, or verification requirements.

13.2 Suspension and Deactivation

Suspension is a temporary restriction that may be imposed to allow investigation, content review, payment reconciliation, or identification verification. If a suspension is not resolved within a reasonable time, the account may be automatically escalated for permanent termination.

In cases of termination, Mehind Limited may:

  • Delete your profile, uploaded media, and related listings from public view;
  • Revoke all access tokens, login credentials, and active sessions;
  • Blacklist your IP address, email, device, and payment fingerprint to prevent re-registration;
  • Notify relevant payment processors, third-party partners, or law enforcement if required by law or public interest.

13.3 Data Retention Following Termination

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, we retain the right to preserve certain account records for the duration required to meet our legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations.

This may include:

  • Account registration metadata (e.g. IP addresses, browser details);
  • Uploaded identity documents and verification selfies;
  • Payment transaction history and invoice logs;
  • Copy of listings and media for legal evidence or future regulatory disclosure;
  • Correspondence between you and our moderation, support, or compliance teams.

Such data may be retained for up to 6 years following account closure or longer if subject to an ongoing legal investigation or regulatory inquiry.

13.4 No Right of Reinstatement

Account terminations are final. Users whose accounts have been terminated for breach of these Terms or for legal misconduct are permanently barred from re-registering under a different name, alias, IP address, or email. Attempts to rejoin the Platform after a ban will be automatically detected and denied.

Mehind Limited is not required to provide notice, explanation, or warning before termination. We reserve all rights to protect our business, our users, and the public interest through swift enforcement of these policies.

14. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided by Mehind Limited on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Platform is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and in accordance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, Consumer Rights Act 2015, and other applicable UK legislation, Mehind Limited and its affiliates, partners, contractors, licensors, officers, directors, and employees disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, claims, or costs that may arise in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of income, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Business interruption, reputational harm, opportunity loss, or emotional distress;
  • Damage to devices, corruption of data, or failure of telecommunications infrastructure;
  • Any loss or liability resulting from platform outages, cyberattacks, content removals, or suspensions;
  • Errors in content or listings, including misinformation by advertisers or third-party links;
  • Interactions, communications, or meetings that occur between users and advertisers outside of our control or knowledge.

14.1 Commercial Disclaimer

We make no representations or guarantees regarding the commercial results of using the Platform. We do not promise traffic volumes, user engagement, bookings, leads, or financial return. Any testimonials, performance metrics, or success stories displayed on the Platform are illustrative only and not contractual representations.

14.2 Platform Content Disclaimer

While we maintain content moderation procedures, Mehind Limited does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, identity, legality, or authenticity of any listings, photos, claims, or advertiser profiles. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any other party through the Platform.

14.3 Liability Cap

In any event, Mehind Limited’s total liability to you—whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the total amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months for any services, minus any refunds or credits issued.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and remains in effect even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. You expressly agree that this limitation is reasonable and forms part of the consideration between you and Mehind Limited.

14.4 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. If any part of this section is found to be unlawful or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms of Service Agreement, together with any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform—including but not limited to its validity, interpretation, performance, enforcement, or termination—shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, and you submit to the authority and venue of those courts for all purposes related to these Terms, the Platform, or any use thereof. You waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of forum non conveniens, improper venue, or lack of personal jurisdiction.

Mehind Limited operates as a UK-registered private limited company (Company No. 15387686), and all relationships with users, advertisers, affiliates, contractors, or site visitors are formed under the jurisdiction of UK civil, criminal, and regulatory law. Where a legal matter involves users accessing the Platform internationally, UK law will take precedence, and we reserve the right to seek cross-border enforcement through applicable treaties and international conventions.

Where appropriate, UK procedural law shall apply to any arbitration, injunction, or civil proceeding. This includes rules regarding discovery, disclosure, expert evidence, and enforcement of judgments under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and related legislation.

15.1 Consumer Protections and Business Users

If you are using the Platform as a consumer (i.e., not in the course of a trade or profession), certain mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002 may apply. Nothing in this section shall override your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

However, where you use the Platform in a business capacity (e.g. as a self-employed advertiser or agency), you expressly agree to contract with Mehind Limited under UK business-to-business terms, waiving the jurisdiction of any non-UK court or tribunal.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid clause that reflects the original intent to the fullest extent possible.
